Job Description:
Due to a long time employee's upcoming retirement and expected company growth, we are looking for a motivated individual (or two) to join our team as a sales consultant. Your primary job duties will include developing a relationship with customers, discussing what they are looking for in a vehicle, showing them different cars on our sales floor that offer features they want and need, such as convenience or luxury upgrades and colors, then explaining pricing and financing options. Your goal is to provide a positive sales experience and ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. When not working with walk-in customers, you will develop and pursue leads through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Familiarity with customer relationship management software is a definite plus.

The Lockwood Motors Parts department is looking for a parts counterperson. In this job you will be responsible for looking up parts and accessories for our technicians, salespeople, and retail customers. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Must have good computer skills, customer service skills, and ability to multitask Starting wage varies from $16.00-$20.00 depending on experience.
